Standard shipping takes 1-3 days county wide. Same day shipping for orders made before 12.00 pm will be delivered on the same day, after 12.00 pm cut off will be delivered the next day.

Unopened returns can be exchanged for in store credit note or merchandise of a higher or equivalent price (top up may be required for items with a higher price). Open returns will NOT be accepted. 

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed, after an hour the order will be processed. Refunds (in store credit) for cancelled orders after payment may take up to 7 days to revert the funds to the original mode of payment.
